In 2017, the Dr. Voytecek was invited to Seoul National University in South Korea to deliver an intensive week-long lecture series and certification program on advanced manual manipulation for physical therapy students. Central to this instruction is the Gravitational Pattern Alignment Technique (GPA), a specialized manipulative approach focusing on the axial spine and kinetic chain.
The GPA method evaluates and corrects both compensatory and non-compensatory misalignments across the axial spine, extremities, and pedal bones under weight-bearing conditions. This biomechanical concept equalizes the spine, extremities and the origin and insertion of soft tissue that have been detrimentally affected and will have a difficult time healing until they are equalized bilaterally.
